How can I get a custom item made?

Appointments are made on the "Book Consultation" page. Because slots are limited, its imperative that customers only book when they're ready to start the process. This includes the deposit. 

What is the payment policy?

Half deposit is required to start all custom garments. Remaining balance is due upon pick-up. Full payment is required to start all sweatsuits. Out of state clients are required to pay full payment amount plus shipping upon ordering.

What is the turn around time?

Depending on order volume, garments can take 2-3 weeks for completion once the order is placed. The turn around time for prom dresses can vary. Orders can be expedited for an additional cost. 

What are your business hours?

Saturday-Tuesday 9:00am - 9:00pm (Eastern Time Zone)

What is the return policy? 

We are a custom brand therefore all sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges although alterations can be made.

What is the cancellation policy?

Customers have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel. However, after 24 hours ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

What payment options are available?

We accept cash during consultations, cash app, pay pal, and major credit cards.

How do I care for my Nice By Nay item?

ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE HAND WASHED ONLY. Avoid drying your items in a dryer. Instead, hang up and air dry. Do not iron items and avoid direct heat.
