SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via USPS. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Production time is 2-3 after processing time. Signature is required at the time of delivery. We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be cancelled. Please be sure to include apartment number in your address.

CARING FOR MY NICE BY NAY ITEM

All items should be hand washed only. Avoid drying your items in a dryer. Instead, hang up and air dry. Do not iron items and avoid direct heat.

RETURN POLICY

We do not offer any returns or exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CUSTOM ORDERS

In order to get a custom outfit made by Nay, an appointment must be booked first. The turn around time for custom orders vary depending on order volume, but can be between 2-3 weeks. Rush services are available for an additional cost.

DAMAGES

Nice By Nay is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package.
